I miss the real thing so much, the excitement of the search, the joy when you find ‘just the right one’ and that glorious scent in the home. I simply can’t afford the prices anymore ☹️

You can get a very nice ball and burlap tree ? for a reasonable price. Then you can plant the tree ? in your yard and enjoy it for years to come and you can put lights on it at Christmas time for an outdoor decoration.
Also planting trees ? and flowers ? will increase the value of your property by 15-20%. Happy Holidays to you all at the Middletown location.

I have had an artificial tree for 4 years now. While I miss the smell of a real tree and the whole family tradition of bringing the tree home, I cannot justify keeping a real tree for (1) price reasons – I paid once and I can re-use the tree for a long time, (2) ethical reasons – cutting a living tree just so that I can enjoy it for a few weeks, and (3) dealing with the falling needles.

When we had young children, we trekked to a tree farm and cut down a tree. Having aged a bit, we now purchase a live tree from Meadows Farms (or other local nursery…I am very picky ). My husband has been pushing for an artificial tree for a decade but NEVER IN MY HOUSE!!!!!! Thank you for these wonderful facts! I will surely share them :)

When I was a kid (back in the 50’s) we used to get a Balsam Fir tree, but I never see them in Christmas Tree markets any more. Do you stock that kind of Christmas tree? Thanks – Betty
